When students returned to AWMS, MPMS & WCHS on January 4, 2021, they were greeted by newly-renovated cafeterias, courtesy of the Wayne County School Food Service Department.
Complete the Wayne County District & School Level Parent Survey for the 2020-2021 school year. Survey responses help us to make informed decisions concerning Title I budgets and activities. You will be able to complete the survey using your personal computer, smartphone or tablet.
Members of the Wayne County Board of Education joined friends and family members of Mary Helen Willis-Fluker on November 17, 2020, to participate in the groundbreaking for the Wayne County High School track complex that will bear Coach Willis-Fluker's name.

Because of school closings due to Coronavirus, we want to be able to keep in contact with all parents/guardians so that you receive current information about schools, your child(ren) and any changes that occur in the school system. Meningococcal disease is a serious bacterial illness that affects the brain and the spinal cord. Meningitis can cause shock, coma and death within hours of the first symptoms. To help protect your children and others from meningitis, Georgia law requires students be vaccinated against this disease, unless the child has an exemption.
