    Wayne County uses Infinite Campus for its online student information system. This software allows parents to securely access information about their child's school records via the Internet. Our goal is to provide accurate, timely communication to our parents/guardians. Having access to this type of information will give you a better picture of your child's overall performance. You will be able to receive messages from the school and teachers and keep up to date with what is happening at school. Each student in Wayne County also can access their school information. In addition to providing an important service to parents, Infinite Campus helps staff by integrating with transportation, food service, special education and other current computer systems to reduce double entry of data and increase accuracy. It supports better decision-making tools for school and district administrators, reduces maintenance requirements and helps control costs. More students in Georgia are served by the Infinite Campus system than any other student information system.

    #1:  You will be prompted for the last 4 digits of your child’s Social Security Number and Birthdate in order to obtain your Portal Activation Key. Choose the key by your name, if more than one individual's name shows up for this student. Once you have your personal key, click here (do not click on 'Manually Enter Activation Key')to begin setting up your Parent Portal account.  
    You can enter the key manually or you can use your computer's copy and paste function to fill in each area.

    #2:  Create a user name and password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one number or symbol.

    #3: Enter your user name and password on the Parent Portal Login Page. This is the page you will need to bookmark for later logins.

    If you are unable to obtain your activation key by using this method, please drop by your child's school and they will print out the key for you. If the names by the activation key are wrong or if something appears to be wrong with the information or the portal account, please contact the computer operator at your child's school.

    Student Accounts:

    Each student has a log in to the Portal and will be able to see their own information, but not information about their siblings. Their user name is their school ID number, often called their lunch number. Their password consists of their first name and last name initials and their date of birth, written as MMDDYY. For example, Joe Smith, who was born March 23, 1997, would enter js032397 for his password. Students will be required to change their password when they log in. The new password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one number or symbol.
