  • Annual Title I Meeting

    James E. Bacon Elementary will host an Annual Title I meeting. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 5:30pm in the cafeteria. This will be an informative meeting and you will learn Title I information, curriculum used at your child’s school, school test scores, expectations for students, School Improvement Plan goals, etc. Please plan to attend.   • Johnny Appleseed

    Johnny Appleseed, portrayed by Giana Eden, came to James E. Bacon September 26th and shared his life story. The first graders tasted different kinds of apple slices since apples are Johnny’s favorite fruit. Thank you to Altamaha Woman’s Club for sponsoring this presentation and apple tasting.
