The Wayne County School System is pleased to announce a new online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all. With the new system, reservation requests can be submitted easily and will be handled more efficiently by the district. Renters will be able to view photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes and pay online.
Through our partnership with system provider, Facilitron, renters will visit a new facility rental website for Martha Rawls Smith Elementary, where they can submit facility use requests at any time. You can view the available facilities at: https://facilitron.com/mrses31545The new system launched October 1, 2016. After that date, the process for renting a school facility is to create a Facilitron account and place your request online.
If you need any assistance setting up an account and/or in placing a facility use request, you can contact Facilitron at:firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling them directly at: 800-272-2962.
Facilitron will also assist with the setup of organizational accounts and the verification of non-profit status (if applicable). Online payment options include major credit cards, PayPal and checks. Proof of insurance can be conveniently uploaded into the platform, or it can be obtained directly through the Facilitron.
