Wayne County Graduation Rate At An All-Time High!

The Wayne County High School graduation rate for SY18-19 was 93.8% --- an all-time high for the county!  That’s up from 90% in SY17-18.  The chart below shows how Wayne County did in comparison to the other systems in our geographic area.  This county has so much to be proud of.  High School Principal, Dr. McDaniel, his admin team and faculty and staff are to be congratulated.  Although the graduation rate is directly reflected in the work taking place at the high school, we also recognize that it all begins in the early elementary years and continues on into upper elementary and middle school so we would like to extend a very special word of thanks to ALL of the teachers, administrators, support staff at each of our eight schools and to the parents of all of our students..  YOU ROCK!!!  Thanks to everyone for all you do every single day to help the children of our community!
