Principal Search:
Odum Elementary principal Gena Ierardi recently announced that she will be retiring at the end of this school year. As we begin the search process for a new principal, we are seeking the input of OES staff members, parents, and all community members. OES staff members and parents have already had the opportunity to participate in a survey to share the attributes they would like the principal search team to consider as they compile and interview candidates. The search team invites all community members to share their thoughts via the survey link that is located on the school system and OES websites this week. The brief survey, located at www.wayne.k12.ga.us or www.wayne.k12.ga.us/o/oes, will be open for responses from Monday, February 21 through Friday, February 25, 2022.
