Any student interested in taking the Patient Care Fundamentals (CNA) course for the 2026-2027 school year, please scan the QR code above and complete the application by March 3rd. Please be sure to include the first and last name of the teachers you would like to complete your teacher recommendations. Mrs. Middleton will send the teacher recommendation link to the teachers you include on your application. Students should have already taken and passed Introduction to Healthcare & Essentials of Healthcare before applying. This is a dual-enrollment class through Coastal Pines Technical College, so if accepted, students will also be expected to attend the dual-enrollment informational meeting and complete the appropriate paperwork for CPTC.
